Covid-19 - Safety Guidelines Information

At Charisma Suites we follow the guideline on health policy provided by the local department of health.  Based on their guidance, we have taken specific steps to ensure the safety and welfare of our valued guests and our employees, as this is always our priority. Please read on to see what we are doing and how our hotel can offer a safe environment for you and our staff.

 

Charisma Suites measures & procedures:

 

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and ensure that the highest possible standards are upheld throughout every area and service which the hotel provides, for its guests as well as our own team. We ask that our guests do the same and follow healthcare and government guidelines regarding personal hygiene, respiratory etiquette and Covid-19.

 

GUEST ROOMS

  • Elevated cleaning procedures and protocols in place including the use of disinfectants for wiping all high-touch surfaces (i.e. knobs and handles, remote controls, phones, hairdryer, toilet seat and flush, etc.)  and spray sterilizing each guest room prior to new guest arrival
  • A Charismatiko Care Kit will be placed in every guest room. Each pack will include hand sanitiser gel, a face mask, and antibacterial wipes
  • Housekeeping “on-demand” option that allows guests to request delivery of additional toiletries, towels, linens or amenities without having a housekeeper enter the room
  • Property linen washed on a higher temperature
  • Guests will be able to access a QR code with useful Santorini’s and hotel’s information and services, details about local recommendations, in-room dining ordering and in-room services
  • Instant chat with the hotel’s team to answer any question or request that the guest may have
  • Check-in time: 15h00 Check-out time: 11h00 in order to ensure there is sufficient time to deep clean rooms for new guests

 

PUBLIC AREAS

  • A visible to guests frequently cleaning in public areas with a specific type of cleaning and disinfection products, paying special attention to high-touch items
  • Furniture and spaces will be redesigned to comply with social distancing standards
  • Increase the control of water disinfection in the swimming pools and jetted tubs
  • Hand sanitizer stations in the reception area, pool bar and restaurant for guest use

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES AND FACILITIES

  • Changes in breakfast offerings, with pre-packaged breakfast items
  • Complimentary treats on demand instead of providing it in room prior to arrival
  • All dining venues and kitchen areas are following the local department of health guidelines for food safety and kitchen sanitization
  • In-room dining menus will be delivered and picked up in front of your guest room door rather than in the room

 

EMPLOYEES

  • Personal protective equipment for hotel staff, including masks and gloves will be provided and enhanced training designed to protect their well-being
  • We take temperature check to staff when reporting duty
  • Communications from front desk staff to guests about precautions taken for their safety and comfort, and reminders about additional safeguards available at guests’ choosing
